隱私權政策
Baiyen Music Player（以下稱「本 App」）是一個在裝置上播放你自己匯入的 MP3 的播放器。本 App 不收集、不傳送、也不分享任何個人資料。
我們不收集的資料
- 本 App 沒有帳號或登入功能，不要求提供姓名、電子郵件或任何聯絡資訊。
- 本 App 不含廣告、分析工具、追蹤器或第三方 SDK 的資料收集功能。
- 本 App 不會連線到我們或任何第三方的伺服器，也不會上傳你的音檔。
- 本 App 不存取位置、聯絡人、照片、麥克風或相機。
儲存在你裝置上的資料
為了提供播放功能，下列資料只儲存在你裝置上本 App 的私有空間，開發者無法取得：
- 你匯入的 MP3 音檔副本。原始檔案不會被修改或刪除。
- 音樂庫與播放清單資訊，例如歌曲名稱（取自檔名）、檔案大小、清單名稱與歌曲順序。
你可以在 App 內刪除歌曲或播放清單；刪除本 App 會一併移除上述所有資料。若你啟用了 iCloud 備份或電腦備份，這些資料可能會依 Apple 的機制包含在你的裝置備份中，相關處理適用 Apple 的隱私權政策。
Apple 提供的資訊
若你在裝置設定中同意與開發者分享分析資料，Apple 可能會提供匿名的當機報告與使用統計。這些資料由 Apple 收集與處理，不包含可識別你身分的資訊。
兒童隱私
本 App 不收集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下的兒童。
政策變更
若本政策有所變更，我們會更新本頁面並修改上方的生效日期。

Privacy Policy
Baiyen Music Player (“the App”) plays MP3 files that you import on your own device. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Data we do not collect
- The App has no accounts or sign-in and never asks for your name, email address, or other contact details.
- The App contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party data collection.
- The App does not connect to our servers or any third-party servers, and never uploads your audio files.
- The App does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
Data stored on your device
To provide playback, the following is stored only in the App’s private storage on your device and is never accessible to the developer:
- Copies of the MP3 files you import. Your original files are not modified or deleted.
- Library and playlist information, such as song names (taken from file names), file sizes, playlist names, and track order.
You can delete songs or playlists inside the App, and deleting the App removes all of this data. If you use iCloud Backup or computer backups, this data may be included in your device backup under Apple’s backup system and Apple’s privacy policy.
Information provided by Apple
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. This information is collected and processed by Apple and does not identify you.
Children’s privacy
The App does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
